“We bought our Hayden Home in 2021. Each summer, our A/C unit has quit working. AirTech has been out each time and each time they tell me what it is, either this or that but ultimately leave by placing a bandaid on the issue. It is now fall, a comfortable 73 degrees and the unit has shut down yet again. I have been told that the unit is dirty when it is clearly not, I've been told that the unit was installed between the fence and the house which didn't leave enough air flow to the unit. I just really want a A/C unit the properly works for the home that I paid for. Is that too much to ask for my family's comfort? Let's see how they handle this and I'll follow up.”
